Every sample is read by an independent accredited laboratory under a documented chain of custody. You receive percentages, material names and sample locations in a written report.
Independence
The company that sells removal should not be the one testing.
We test and nothing else. No removal bids, no abatement sales — so a result can never pay us. A free test offered by an abatement contractor is a sales call with a lab report attached. Our only product is the result, so a negative answer costs us nothing and a positive answer earns us nothing extra.
